Default Synching Sent Items - 09-17-2009, 10:13 AM

We have a user at our company that has the 7200 and changed their settings on the device so that sent items were no longer saved. They then realised a few weeks later that they didn't want to do this and have changed it back. The problem they have is that all the items sent from the Blackberry during this period are not showing in their mail client's sent folder (we are in a Domino and Lotus Notes environment.) Does anybody know anyway of somehow replicating the sent items back to the mail client. They have changed the setting to never delete content on the device (it was set to 30 days) and know that the long way round is to simply forward all the sent items back to themselves in an email, so they have a copy in their mail client. Ideally, if there is a quicker way around this that would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, the user is on a BES. That is also running Symantec Backup Agent 12.5 fully up to date with all hotfixes.
