What mobile carrier do you use? Who is your mobile phone service with?

Examples: Vodafone, O2, AT&T, T-Mobile...

Step 1 - How do I wipe the BlackBerry using Jl Cmder? - BlackBerryFAQ

Step 2 - if step 1 fails - What to do next if Jl Cmder will not connect and wipe - BlackBerryFAQ

Good luck.

When you plug the BlackBerry into your computer, do not use a USB hub. Only connecting directly to the computer will work. Also, if one USB port on the computer can't detect the BlackBerry, try another USB port.
