I am guessing this has been addressed before but i searched for this and didn't find any results. i typically hide all of my mailboxes except for the main one but i decided to keep one additional one on the home screen and i noticed that there is a negative number in parenthesis next to the name of the email account. the only way i have found to get rid of this negative number is by removing the battery and rebooting the device. does anyone else have this problem and if so, is there a better way to resolve it if you have no messages in the inbox?

Updating the operating system of your BB can solve this if you're not running the latest version. If you do have the latest, you might need to wipe/reinstall. Otherwise, rebooting is the only way.
