Make a backup of your device using Desktop Manager, then use this program to extract the information to a file:

Then you can import that file into Excel.

NOT have a network connection - i get a message saying not connected to a network - is there a way to work around this?

the laptop i have has outlook but there is no email account set up - will i need to set up an email account on outlook as well?
