Default New 7230 from EBay-No SIM Card - 02-07-2005, 08:01 PM

Hello. I purchased a TMO 7230 from Ebay. I received it today as promised. It appeared to be new and in an unopened box. There is no SIMS card included. Should there be one installed? I have emailed my seller and have not heard. Sorry for the Newbie question. I did a search and could not find anything on this board . I feel like I have been stuck. Can I purchase a SIM Card from T Mobile?

Sorry for all the questions...

Yes; you can go to a T-Mobile store and buy a SIM card. Make sure you sign up for the BlackBerry Data Plan (19.99 for BWC only; 29.99 for BWC and BES).

The SIM card comes with the service.. They should sell/give it to you when you sign up with T-mobile/ATT/Cingular/whoever..

And you need to get a Blackberry plan with it.. and make sure the BB's not locked to another carrier..
