Default 7250 died - Any ideas? - 07-15-2006, 11:36 PM

My Sprint 7250 just died today. I was using the web browser, when suddenly the screen became blurry, and then the screen just turned blank (it was at full battery at the time). Taking out the battery brought it back one time, but then the screen turned blurry again, and now it is blank again. I can get the blank screen to light up, but that's it. I guess I'll take it to the Sprint store on Monday, but I was hoping for any suggestions / recommendations. (I have found that I can usually get better info online than from some of the techs at the store...). Any help is much appreciated!

You might try an OS reload, but that sounds more like a hardware problem to me. I think it's time for a replacement/repair.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking as well. It is less than a year old, so this should be covered by warrantee. It will be interesting to see how long it will take to get it fixed / replaced....
