Default Calendar Sync on the 7290 - 07-17-2006, 09:16 AM

Hi all,

I'm having issues with my BB and outlook calendar. The Synchronisation only appears to work one way, so entries made in Outlook find their way onto the BB but calendar entries on the BB don't make it to my outlook. The settings on the Enterprise server are for Bidrectional synchronisation, however it only works one way. Any ideas folks????

Thanks!

Try deleting and sending a new desktop[CICAL] service book which is responsible for all wireless calendar syncing. The service book section should be in settings/options > advanced options > service book. Once you delete the service book, connect your BB to your desktop manager to get a new once sent down or have it sent from the BES. After you get the service book back, test again.

Thanks! Before I delete the service book can you let me know how my BES administrator is supposed to get it back to my machine, or if this is an automatice process?

Your BES admin can manually send the service book remotely from the server.
