Hello. I have a Verizon 7250, OS 4.1. This is a new-FRU unit that I have not had any trouble with since I received it a couple of weeks ago.

Today I noticed that I can not hear my phone ring when I have my wired earpiece in. I'm using a Verizon/non-OEM wired headset. I KNOW that on my old phone I could hear the phone ring through the OEM wired headset, and I'm pretty sure that I could hear it with the Verizon wired earbud. I have also tried the OEM headset and can't hear the ring on the new phone.

So, is there something I can do so that I can hear my phone ring while I have the non-OEM wired headset attached?
