Default Need help with calendar settings on a 7250 - 04-03-2007, 09:34 AM

Hi:

I am having problems synchronizing my BB to my computer. Every time I put a new appointment in the calendar (either on the computer or on the BB) and then synchronize, the appt comes up on my calendar on MS Outlook covering 2 days and beginning at 1 AM.

I select "all day event" and the appointment to begin and end on the same day, but when the sync goes through it changes it to cover 2 days, starting @ 1AM.

If I go and change them back on either the MS Outlook or the BB and synch again, the same thing occurs.

I cannot find any info on how to change the defaults, or how I mistakenly changed them. Can anyone help me?

Do you have your DST (Daylight Savings Time) patch on the BB, and the DST patch on your desktop? That was happening to me also, until I updated the time settings on my PC.

I have not done this - all I did was update the software which I think caused this issue. Where do I find this patch?

Daylight saving time changed caused the issue

I went to that link and it said "The DST 2007 Update Loader is unavailable."

Has this patch expired or is it in a difrferent location?

Go here FROM your BB browser; it will autodetect your device, follow the instructions.
