I think 365 means you are SOL device needs to be replaced. I am going from memory though so I could be wrong! I will keep searching though see if I can find anything!

okay

I had this issue with a 7290 purchased from a forum member I only bought it for parts. Device error 365 on RIMS website says to contact their Tech support I did and they told me to contact service provider who in turn told me to contact RIM. I think it means the device is toast!
