Does anyone know how to transfer my contacts (and there are lots of them!) in my handheld unit -- over to my new PC? I have the cord that connects unit to computer but when I plug the unit in nothing happens.....

David--load Desktop Manager, latest version, get 4.2 Service Pack 1 for you (SP2 only has a big media application you won't need with a 7250).

Then, with DM open, you can sync to Outlook seamlessly. Easy. Simply.

And you might need to setup your sync to Outlook.

In Desktop Manager, click Sync,
click Configure Tab,
click configure synch,
make sure each arrow is pointing both ways from Address Book <--> Microsoft Outlook.

If not, click choose and choose MS Outlook. Make sure all four applications are pointed to Outlook, if that is what you want.
