Default Error when trying to config sync - 07-31-2007, 02:03 PM

Hi,
I got the well known error message

Error 0x80049204.-2147184124.0 ...

when I start to configure my Outlook syncronisation.

The BB is a 7290 Enterprise with 4.1 system. I tried it with different Desktop version, but that doesn't help.
Any suggestions for me - thx in advance

There should be a kb article on blackberry.com, if you can't find it I would suggest a clean uninstall (the kb article is there) just be very careful when messing around with the registry.

Thx for the message, I'll try it because it seems that it has something to do with the installation of the software on the PC.
Last week the dealer replaced my BB, but the error is still the same.
I'll give it a try.
