Make sure that Desktop Manager is closed before trying to use JL_Cmder. In any event, JL_Cmder will ask you for the password too. Just enter 10 incorrect passwords and the device will be wiped and erase the password in the process.

Doug

Remember, please try searching first!

Need a screenshot? ... Like JavaLoader?
Try using BBscreen .....Use JL_Cmder!
or BBScreenShooter!

No, if you are using a hub it will cause problems as the instructions say... Follow the instructions and d_fisher's recommendation and all will be fine..

Have you followed d_fishers recommendation about making sure desktop manager is closed. Also make sure you extract the program that is listed in the 1st link I provided...

If jl_cmder still does not work then yes the 2nd link I posted does require the command line... However the instructions are very, very easy to follow...

There's no reason to use JL Commander when you have a 507. Just load the latest version of Desktop Manager and the latest device software from your carrier and launch the application loader icon. It will automatically reload the operating system on the phone. Then restore from your last backup.
