I'm looking forward to owning the Pearl2 which will be my first BB. Of course, I'll take a look at it in the VW store but I'm certain I am going ot like it. In addition to everything it has, I do hope that its volume and reception is good. I need loud volume and loud speakerphone.

Question - when this comes out for VZ could it be unlocked and used on TMO service or will it not be compatible?

verizon = CDMA provider
T-mobile= GSM provider

won't work...different technology...mainly SIM card vs. ESN number
