Default Phone won't unlock during a call

Please Login to Remove!

I have my phone set to lock with a password when holstered or after 10 minutes. Keeps prying eyes from picking it up and going through it.

However if I answer a call while it's locked and I need to get some info from the phone I can't unlock it. In the call screen I click Menu and scroll down to Unlock then enter my password and it simply says "Please Wait" with a motionless hourglass for the duration of the call.

Anything I can do about this?

Thanks,
David

Try a battery pull and see what happens.

I've done the battery pull, but it's happened since. Anything else I should be looking at?
