Default Account Not Accesssible on HTML Browser

Please Login to Remove!

Hi

I am new to the forum having just bought a 8100 on Orange. When I go to blackberry.orange.co.uk to access my account over the web I get the message 'Your account is not accessible on a HTML browser. Use your handset to access this blackberry internet service. My operator assures me that I should have access via my PC. Any thoughts please?

You have to access that through your Blackberry. I tried to register over the Web on my PC and it gave me the same problem. Just open your Blackberry browser, type in that addy and then register through there.

Thanks Billy. I have now done that now. Do I assume that I cannot at any stage access my Blackberry account from my PC?

By the way, the disk which came with my 'phone seems not to contain software which is compatible as I get a message saying the software version on the phone is newer. I have tried downloading a file from the Blackberry website but this seems not to run properly either

Cheers
