Hi,

I have only had my 8100 for a couple of days. I have set up two email accounts, one for work and one private. I am only receiving just under 50% of my mails from both accounts each day. There is no pattern to the ones not received, I get them both with and without attachments and both spam and not? Have I got a setting wrong? My network provder has issued me with a new sim because they thought it might be that but nothing has changed! Can anyone help?

Jeff, do you receive mail also to an Outlook account on both your business and personal emails?

I am betting if you check mail on Outlook, you may not be leaving the email on your server for the BB to get. In your Outlook email accounts setup, drill down deep in the menus, advanced, etc., to where you will find a check box to "Leave Messages On Server" and make sure that is checked. And save.
