unable to display file
Please Login to Remove!
whenever i try to open pictures, music or even the preloaded ringtones i get the message "unable to display file." anyone know how to fix that? thanks.

Pulling the battery (while the BB is powered ON), hold for 30 secs and replace it, to reboot, will often fix odd glitches such as you describe.
How are you trying to "open" those pictures, music and ringtones?

i downloaded the newest os and loaded onto the phone. works fine now.
