Default BB Prl Screen Defect?

Please Login to Remove!

So I'm on my 2nd BB Prl in 2 weeks and the new one has the same problem. The screen randomly dims and brightens. Sometimes it takes 5-10 min to brighten back.

Anyone else observed this?

auto sensor of the light level, not a defect, but a "feature". Enjoy it!

Thanks....great site.

Now. Is there a way to disable this auto-sensor feature?

Even with that set to NO, the auto sensor will vary the light on BB according to the ambient light available.

No, it dims without use. If you move the trackball, it will go back to full brightness.
