Hopefully someone can help me with this. I downloaded 2 games from Handango to my Mac and then loaded them to my Pearl using PocketMac. When I tried to delete the games PocketMac starts the removal process but when it gets to the part when the progress bar shows the window goes away and the game is not removed. I tried sending a help request to Handango but they never responded and AT&T says they don't support Macs. I'm getting very frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try going to Options > Advanced > Applications. Look for the game, by name, there. Click menu to delete.

While in Applications, click menu also to MODULES. You may find a remnant of a game there also, delete it as well.

The games don't show under the application menu in the advanced options menu. I also don't see a modules listing.

The Modules are listed.

In Applications (where the list is on the screen), click the Menu key (left of trackball). Scroll down to Modules.

It's there.

Ok, yes I found it and there are parts of the games listed there. What do I do now? Thanks for the help by the way

Bump. Okay I see the modules listed is there a way to delete them. The games are not listed in teh applications list and Handgo support has been useless.

just highlight the module and click menu to DELETE. It's simple.

Hi, I'm having the same problem: I'm able to locate all the modules from the games I want to delete, but when I press the menu-button there's no "delete"-possibility in the menu, I can only look at more specifications about the game/module…

Here too. I tried highlighting and then pressing the delete key on the phone and nothing happens. I also highlighted and checked the menu and there is no delete option and then I clicked and opened the entry and checked the menu again and there is still no delete option. Any other ideas?

Unless there is something different about your OS that I have not seen before, you will have this function.

With your BB open to the Modules, click the MENU button (left of trackball) and one of your options will be "Delete" along with View Properties, Edit Permissions, Edit Default Permissions, Switch Applications, and Close.

If you don't have the "Delete" choice, what exactly do you have?

I have everything you list except delete. My phone is from AT&T and is running 4.2.1.96 which is the latest AT&T OS.

Mine is a Vodafone version and I run v4.2.1.101
Also, Everything you said that should be in the menu is there EXCEPT for the delete-option…

I ended up installing the newer T-Mobile OS on my phone and it wiped the phone so the apps went away.

hmm.. now look and see if you have the ability to delete modules?
