Or when I select the address book app it will again freeze the whole phone and require a power down or battery removal.
When I power back up I get this error message:
Application net_rim_bb_addressbook_app(162)is not responding; process terminated
Do I just need to reinstall this particular app or for the whole phone?
I am on a mac, do I need to borrow someones PC to download the software?
I am on at&t
I am not sure if it will require an OS update. If so I will let other member address that. I am not even sure if you can run DeskTop Manager on a Mac but if you can then connect the device (Cancel the sync if you have intelisynch enable) and goto Backup/Restore>Advanced and then clear the Contact database from the Handheld (on the right payne) and then exit and hit Synch Now. This should send the entire Contact DB from the PC to your handheld.
