Question Quick Q: transfer to new phone

Hi im new and have a quick question. I have been having some issues with my pearl so t-mobile is sending me a new one. My question is when it comes do i use the switch device wizard to transfer everything or just the back up restore icon. Thanks

Your best bet is to use switch device wizard. And don't forget to log on to BIS and change device pin

BIS = BlackBerry Internet Service
Login to your TMo BIS site and look for change device.
