Arrow Problem when moving emails to subfolders

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I can't find another post about this, but I'm sure I'm not the only one with this prob..
I've got a blackberry pearl (8100) setup to talk to a Lotus Domino Notes through a BES server (the exact details of this I'm a little sketchy on). I've also got a computer that is setup with a notes client, looking at the same notes database and server. If I delete an email on the computer, it is deleted from the email inbox on the blackberry too (as would be expected). However, if I move an email from the inbox to a subfolder within notes, the blackberry doesn't update, it remains in the inbox.
Last week, I was able to manually 'reconcile now' and it then updated the inbox on the blackberry, but as of this week it no longer does so, the emails remain in the inbox.

In the Email Reconciliation the delete on setting is for Mailbox and Handheld, and 'on conflicts' is set to mailbox - so surely these changes to the mailbox via the desktop should overwrite the settings on the blackberry.

Any help will be gratefully received!

Default Subfolder redirection on the Pearl

Did you ever get this problem resolved? I and many others are experiencing the same issue.

Default

I might be wrong on this, but I believe others have said that turning on the 'Hard Delete' option on the BES will delete moved emails off of the Blackberry. There is a post about this in the BES Admin forum. I'll post the link in a moment.

One more messaging question
