ok. this is a little confusing. i had a 7100 thru nextel. just got rid of it and went with an bb pearl 8100 thru tmobile. when i got my new pearl, i used the restore function on the bb desktop program and restored the backup file that i created with my 7100 into my 8100. i really only wanted to restore the contacts, but it restored everything....contacts, calendar, weblinks, etc. everything worked surprisingly good. however, it also restored my 7100's email accounts (i had 4 of them) onto my 8100 where thus far i have only setup one tmobile email account (the default tmobile acct.) needless to say, as far as tmobile is concerned, i only have one email account on the phone even though there are now 5 listed on the phone. meaning, i cant just go into tmobile website or the phone's "email activation" section and delete those accounts i dont want. they dont exist there.

anyhow, does anyone know how to delete these accounts off the phone. i have been thru every menu on the phone and also looked at the menu.

Next time use the Switch Device Wizard in Desktop Manager.

But on the BB, go to Options > Advanced > Service Books. Delete those accounts you wish, there.
