Default im new!! and need roxio media help!!

iv had the black berri pearl since it ccame out!!! and ive never had a problem!!
and always liked it!!! untill the new update with roxio media manager!!! i cant seem to open it at all.... i open my desktop manager like before and it saids "roxio medeia manager" and it acts like its loading and then it stay like that and it doesnt do any thing... so i load it from my start botton and when i try to use it with the bbp it freezes!!!! nnow i cant upload my pics in to my pc!

first i waited for alike 15 mins and i end tasked it!!! and then i turned it on and left to a friends house... thinking it might load while im out!!! but came back and it was the same!
do if RIM see's this i hope they put back the old media manager!!!
