I need some help with setting my alarm. If I set my alarm, can I turn off my phone and have it automatically power on to make my alarm go off?

Not sure if that makes too much sense, but so far I have not been able to figure it out and I'm sure the answer is quite obvious!

The Alarm function should override whatever you have set for your Auto On/Off settings.

In other words, if your device is set to Auto On at 6:00am, and you have your Alarm set for 5:30am, the device should power on at 5:30am and the Alarm chime go off.

I don't use the alarm, though, so you should test that first....

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry 8700g: BlackBerry8320/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Juwaack is correct, and this is how mine works. It will turn itself on (or should) at the appropriate time. I know, by default, it is not set to ring on the weekends, but that can be overrided.

Thanks! I greatly appreciate it. Now....if only there was something the bb could do about me having to get up early.
