Default Calendar sync deletes all appointments in Outlook every time!

Please Login to Remove!

I have 1666 appointments in my calendar. I sync with my BB8100 Pearl, and it attempts to delete all the appointments in Outlook even though they're all in the handheld! I let it delete them, fish them out of the deleted folder and put them back in the calendar in Outlook, then resync. It puts them all back on the handheld, and it stays good. Then I resync a day later and poof...same issue.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled BB Desktop, and cleared the calendar and refreshed the database. Still no help. Any ideas? I'm realllllly worried about this one.

Gotta be something with that 666 number after the 1. I would try adding one more appointment to make it 1667. Honestly, not sure what is happening. What version of Outlook are you using, and what version of the Desktop Manager are you using?

Oh, desktop manager is 4.2SP2 (4.2.2.14). The BB is 4.2.1.107. I'm using Outlook 2007 with all updates on Vista (don't laugh).

Another interesting thing I noticed is that after deleting all appointments in Outlook during the sync, all the same appointments are still on the BB! Resynching doesn't bring them back.
