Default Audi A4 Bluetooth Contact Sync not working after upgrade to OS 4.2.1

Please Login to Remove!

My BlackBerry Pearl came from factory with the OS v4.2.0.67. We are syncing the corporate Exchange mailbox with BES and we noticed that with this OS version we were facing some problems so we followed the operator advice and upgraded to OS v4.2.1.101.

All our problems about e-mails not being deleted were resolved, but ... now my car doesn't sync the contacts via bluetooth as it previously did.

The car is the current Audi A4 equipped with the original Audi Phone Preparation with Bluetooth.

I've checked all the options and advices read around here but no success syncing the contacts.

Any help will be sincerely appreciated

Hi There,
Did you ever figure this out? I'm having some trouble with my Pearl-A4 Bluetooth interface. It cycles on/off/on/off repeatedly after successful pairing. Did you manage to stabilize and/or fix your contact problem? Can you transfer your address book ok?

Thanks so much,
BDH

I would suggest upgrading to OS 4.5 and see what happens.

The only time I had BT cycling on and off like that was when I had google maps running in the background trying to find my bluetooth puck.
