Is it possible to modify the TMO OZMessenger to work with a different carrier?

To download T-Mobile's OZ Messenger, you need to go to your t-zones bookmarks and install it OTA.

you can IM via text message. person sending it to you from AIM has to send an IM to "+1+area code+phone number." from there you can reply back. to be the first to send a message, i dont know how that works.

this is one way i know of IM'ing through text messaging. i do this on my sidekick and it works fine.

i have my aim set up to send any IM's to my phone when I'm set as away, or offline. I can always reply via SMS to anyone that AIM IM's me.
