Struggling newbe here.

1. I lock my keyboard and then it will unlock within just a few seconds. I lock it a second time and then it stays locked for a while but later on it will be unlocked again. My 8100 is new so I assume it has the most updated firmware. Does anyone else have this problem and is there a fix?

2. How do I install a program that uses "OTA Install"? This is a company Blackberry and they don't want us to install the programs that come on the CD. So can I install OTA programs? I was wondering about trying the Auto Lock program.
