Red face Hacking BB Pearl - 11-09-2007, 08:39 AM

Does anyone know how to hack into a BB Pearl to obtain text messages? I was told that by using the pin code I could transfer the information from one BB to another.

i don't even understand the question... you don't need to hack anything to get text messages. you don't even need any data plan of any kind. they just come though regardless of if you want them or not.

i dont understand eigther, but i would like to know how to hack one... i want to pull the TMO theme and remove the carrier banner from it. im on cingular and love the TMO theme i unlocked, but it really bothers me to have the carrier logo on my phones... i think i have an O.C.D. about that.

i doubt its possible, because blackberry wouldnt be as secure and reliable if you could just hack it like any motorola phone.

That's my thought, too, since a simple backup/advanced restore can move the messages from one device to another.

Unless the device with the messages is password protected and the password is not known....for some reason....

You can't edit the carrier themes. There are lots of themes out there for download, though. Check the Media Center forum here for lots of themes.

Question 11-11-2007, 08:37 AM

I need to get a hold of my friend's text messages, without actually having to physically obtain the phone. Unlike Nextel, T-mobile does not allow one to view text messages online.

Why do YOU need to do this? Can't your friend simply view their own text messages?

Pass the popcorn, NJ.

See? You are good at hacking - right into our thoughts.

Seriously, though, there is no way to do what you're asking.

If you just get an ugly or fat chic... Better yet, someone who is both... You won't have to worry about her cheating on you! If you want to be happy for the rest of ur life, never make a pretty woman ur wife!

I think he/she should setup a BES, have the "friend" run off of his/her server and watch everything.

If anyone would like to read my SMS I would be happy to forward you copies.

I missed the Popcorn, any Milk Duds floating around?

Thanks for the funnies guys. I guess I'll just have to resort to snooping of the old fashioned kind.

FYI, however relevant it is, chickenfoot is all female.

I was RIGHT!!!! Ok chicken foot...here you go.... Ask them to make a phone call using their phone, or just grab it. Turn the radio off right before you are going to do something in their presence, like watch a movie, something that will prevent them from checking their phone. After a couple of hours grab the device, lock yourself in the bathroom and turn the radio back on...you can then gawk through all of the text messages before they have a chance to read and delete!!!

Or better yet....dump the loser and find someone who wants to be true to you!

I like the way you think Thatzmister2u, but he guards his phone like a hawk and unless I drug him (any sellers out there there is no way that I can pull that off.
Maybe ur right, I should just dump the jerk.

You think he is cheating on you with someone over his BB? I think you would have better luck following him and seeing where he goes as opposed to reading simple texts back and forth....????
