Guys, first post and sorry if this has already been asked. I just transferred my bb8100 to my new company and they have disabled the camera function when I did the enterprise synchronize. Is there a way to turn the camera back on?

Not unless your BES admins want to do so... you can ask, but there is no way to go around it otherwise.

or remove youe 8100 from the BES

A simple removal won't do it. They have to send you a new, blank policy then remove you from the BES.
