I got my daughter a used BB Pearl this past week. ( I have a new Curve and she liked the BB features.) It is a T-Mobile Pearl. I have the BIS package from Tmo. Email works, web browser works. When I go to install the BB Messenger application it starts to download and then tells me the device cannot run that software. Her phone can send and receive PIN messages.

I've done a battery pull and tried again to install it and it did the same thing.

Any ideas?
