I have several email accounts setup up on my BB8100. No problem sending new mail - I can choose which account and it works fine. BUT..... if someone sends me an email and I click reply it ALWAYS send via my Exchange account and I cannot choose another account to reply from. I would like to reply from the same account the email was sent to... obviously. How can I set this up?

You may have IT policy that blocks replying from another address. This is a common IT policy.

I am using BIS not BES

Does the device have an IT Policy on it from a previous user? To check, click on Options -> Security Options -> General Settings.

What is listed next to 'IT Policy Name'?

Russ, after you answer Juwaack's question, please understand that you cannot change the reply from address anyway, it will always reply from the address to which the email was sent.

However, you could have the IT policy mentioned above lingering on the device if you bought it used, which might further restrict it to reply ONLY from your exchange address.

That's exactly what I WANT to do - reply using the same account as the original message was addressed to, but it is resorting to a different one!

I have it new from the provider.

It that menu I do not have IT policy listed at all.

so.... any further ideas?

Normally, a BB will ONLY reply from the address to which the email was addressed. I don't understand the difference here unless it has something to do with your exchange account.

Go to Options > Advanced > Messages Services. The highlighted message service there is your "default" email send-from account. You can press ALT on that account and see what other accounts are registered with your device. Do you see ALL of them there, included the one you wish to send from?

ummm i believe there is a way to get it to reply to one address...

on my BIS webpage, in the settings for the email setup, i have a box for reply to.

so like all my emails i send from my will be sent from that, but when you reply to the email it will always send it to instead....
