Default I Need Help With My Pearl

Please Login to Remove!

i jus got my pearl last weekend and everything is good..so i installed the disk that came with it. everything was fine so i transfeerd files and everything was good so i disconnected my pearl from the computer and all of a sudden my screen turns blue and my somputer restarts WTF is up??? i think its becuz i have vista but im not sure can anyone help me...i tried to uninstall it and restall it and it did the same thing and it did it to to y fredns computer when i tried to nstall on his..please help!!!!!

Sounds like the OS was damaged....

Do a search, there are lots of threads about reinstalling the os.

Desktop 4.2 and 4.3 work with Vista, I use them everyday. Sounds like a USB driver problem.If you are going through a hub try plugging right into the computer. Make sure your motherboard firmware is up to date.

I would do a system restore to a time before you installed the software and try it again
