I am using a pop3 account and I also use microsoft outlook to retrieve my emails. I am finding that I am not getting all of my emails on my blackberry and or outlook. It appears that my pearl deletes them on the server before it gets to my outlook. I can not find a setting to leave emails on the server?

Go into Outlook then email accounts then double click on that account then advanced then check off leave a copy on the server.

I have already done that. This just started and it only seems to be when my pearl gets the email first. It just keeps deleting it before it gets to outlook

The RIM servers do not delete emails from your server UNLESS you have set by default "delete on handheld and server" at Messages > Options > email reconciliation.
