Default Sync with Outlook Using Bluetooth

Hi

I am trying to setup the synchronisation of my 8100 Pearl with my Outlook using Bluetooth on my Lenovo T60. I installed BlackBerry(R) Desktop Software Version 4.3.

When I start the BlackBerry Device Manager, the Bluetooth Settings is grayed out.

Please help.

From what I've read, the BB won't work with most laptops since they don't use the "generic" bluetooth drivers that shipped with XP SP2.
