Default Need driver for Windows Vista?

Please Login to Remove!

I searched the forums and tried everything to install the drivers for my BB Peral? I cannot get the system to find a driver for my phone. It shows up as Bluetooth peripheral device in the device manager. Is there somwhere i can go to get a driver for my phone?

You need to download the Desktop Manager. It will include the necessary drivers.

BlackBerry Desktop Manager Downloads - BlackBerryFAQ

I know that some people have a few challenges getting it to work on the Mac but search around they all go it working.

Thanks for the reply. I actually have the Desktop manager version 4.2 sp2 installed on my machine. The program actually sees it and connects to it through bluetooth just fine. It will not let me transfer any files or anything but it does connect. Vista on the other hand can't seem to pull the drivers from any of the files and still asks for a driver everytime I start up the laptop. Any ideas?

Thanks

Odd, I have had no problems with Vista. Try going to Windows Update and picking optional updates as it might be covered under one of those.

Also check you laptop manufacturer as they might have released a bluetooth update that may resolve this for you.
