Do you have a blackberry data plan? If not they won't show up! Gotta have a BB data plan to get either browser

welll i just upgraded my phone to a 2yr contract blackberry, does it cost extra for a plan?

which do you prefer i get, im trying to use media.net and aim more then anything, but preferably just media.net will do me good

it might be just that your service books need to be sent to you OTA if they are missing. check with your provider.

I only figured this out when I needed a warranty replacement and my new BB did not have the browser option showing. Service books are sent from your provider and set up your internet and e-mail use. On Tmobile you login to your BB account from your computer and in the area where you set up your e-mail accounts there is an option to "send service books". This should have already been setup for you so this might not be the problem but it is worth a try. If you are still not sure call your provider and hopefully you will get a phone agent who knows what they are talking about.
