Default i need help my blackberry pearl is ....

hi , i dont know what is wrong with my blackberry pearl but it hasnt been turning on , everytime i put the battery in, the red flash button comes up and the screen comes up with a batter sign that keeps coming up as saying there is no battery anyone has any suggestions please help me out <:(

I assume the battery is charged? Sounds like a bad battery. You didn't get it wet inside did you?

no i try charging it and this sign comes up they sign is like a batter and it has a red cross that prrly means there is no battery

Sounds like a bad battery. Try charging it via your computer and see if it charges that way. It could be an outlet issue, but if that's a no go.....it's time for a new battery.
