Default view .mov on pearl or which one is the best video format for pearl?

hi there,
i have some tutorials from Lynda dot com that i would like to review while in holiday abroad.
they're all in a .mov format
I have moved a few to my pearl but i cannot see them at all not even as existing files...an idea which player would play them on a bberry pearl or at least which one is the best video format for pearl?

Your player supports MP4 so the videos must be MP4 You can use Desktop Manager to convert in Media Manager
