Default 8100 - supp. storage/media card affected by the installed O.S??

what's the biggest media card supported by 8100 at this moment?
is the size affected by the installed os or is just something to do with the hardware?

as my 8100 runs the latest 8100 OS: Telkomsel Indonesia - 4.2.1.179 / 4.2.1.108 (Chinese_English) ( 1 2) i assume that it support max 4gb card. an idea where i can get a cheap one from?

just got a 2gb one from a local shop as i have to leave 2nite. Have already started the conversion/transfer process.
