Default Where to find help using Roxio with BlackBerry Pearl

Please Login to Remove!

I have installed Roxio Media Manager (Build 940B07N ENU). The download was Desktop_Software_v4.3 (English).

I don't understand how Roxio works. What happens when I tell it to import? Does it physically make a copy or does it create a link to where the file is stored? When I create a project with Roxio does it extract files and store them in the project folder?

When I asked Roxio they said see ATT. I asked ATT they said see Roxio. I made two posts here and got zero replys.

I have found tutorials and Help files, and attempted operations. As a result I have questions about the best way to perform repetitive opertations that I would like to perfect and script.

Where can I find help using Roxio on my Pearl?

Thank you for replying to my post sgtcasey.

I agree that AT&T Technical Support should not be expected to handle Roxio. I do think that since I purchased the Pearl from ATT they should direct me to where support for Roxio can be found.
