Default Wifi for all applications in Blackberry pearl 8120

Please Login to Remove!

I have a new Blackberry 8120 pearl with wifi. For some reason i can only use wifi with the original browser. Wifi cannot be used with other applications like email, gmail, opera mini which require data plan.

is there a way to open wifi to all application? I tried in browser options and advanced settings but could not see any possibility.

I have the OS 4.3.0.55

Have you entered the APN settings for your carrier?

Also, for email, and other native BB apps that require data you'll need a Blackberry data plan.
