Hey all,

I have a quick question. I upgraded the OS on my BB 8100 yesterday using my home computer (I didnt use my work computer because it was over the weekend). After it rebooted all of my internet web mails started functioning again with no problem. However, my desktop redirector running at work stopped forwarding messages to my Pearl. To be more specific, the status of the redirector is running, my Outlook is running, and the pending messages queue = 0. The redirector says it is sent and delivered to my device but I'm not seeing anything come through via work to my BB. I usually only synch from my work computer.

Was I supposed to upgrade the OS only on the computer I use for work? Did I screw something up by upgrading the OS from my personal computer at home?

Help!

I believe you just have to reconnect the BlackBerry to your work computer while the Desktop Manager is open so it can set up the necessary services on the BlackBerry. I have done this before too and have had to do that.
