I'm having installation error of v4.3, and its creates problem after install because it wasn't a "successful" install because the 4 files: gw.dll, gwapi.dll, desktopsetup_pb.dll, and syncae_pb.dll aren't being registered during the installation.

I tried the various fixes and scan the internet, no luck so far.
1. regsrv32 to the file
2. Install v 4.22 and then install v4.33.
3. Install v4.22, uninstall v4.22 and install v4.33
4. Install v4.33 and go to the control panel\add remove to repair file; this creates another installation of v4.33.
5. checked my MDAC to make sure its updated.
6. I haven't tried installing it in safe mode yet, as all this install takes up a lot of my time..

I'm running WinXP SP2, IE6, all updated Windows Update, etc... nothing seem to work.

Fix recommendation provided by RIM for dll diles and it does no good, as follow

Has anybody found a resolution to this yet? I have a problem when installing the software, as it does not register the same 4 files as mentioned above:
gw.dll, gwapi.dll, desktopsetup_pb.dll, and syncae_pb.dll

I have searched extensively for a resolution but have had no luck yet. It seems some users have got this working by:
Uninstalling, re-installing as administrator
Installing an older version before 4.3
Editing reg keys permissions
Registering the dlls separately
Registering the vbscript.dll before installing
Registering the atl.dll before installing

I have tried all of these and have still not got it working. I still get the error saying the above mentioned 4 files fail to register. When I double click the icon on the desktop, the blackberry window appears and immediately closes again. This problem is mentioned here:
BlackBerry Search Results

But that is for v4.2, and none of those solutions work.

I am using Vista home, so at first I thought this would be a typical Vista problem, but Red Bioroid (above) is using XP. This leads me to think it could another software conflict.

If anybody can add any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your help,
