Default Opera Mini for Verizon 8130?

Please Login to Remove!

I believe i have read that it wasn't available for Verizon subscribers except for the blackberry users? is this true and if i can get it on my BlackBerry 8130 then why am i having such a hard time DLing it with my phone or even trying to install it with my DM v.4.3? sigh sometimes these things are way too complicated. Any advise would be appreciated.

Just go to operamini.com with the built in BlackBerry browser. You will then follow the links to download the browser.

Go to http://mini.opera.com/download/wap and choose the high memory option. That's what worked for me.

I finally got it to work...all is good. I had my emulator set to "internet explorer" instead of "blackberry", so the download pop-up never came up. All fixed now.

Thank you all again.
