Well, if you looked to the left of my posts you'd see I have Sprint service, and have had them for over 2 years (on my current go-around with them).
The network is not an issue with me, though it'd be nice if they worked inside my house with any reliability. But I am not naive, so I know that every carrier will have problem areas.
As for Sprint's customer service...I would say it is not improved at all. I wouldn't say it is worse, but I have yet to see any improvements on that front.
The only reason I am still with Sprint is their pricing...I get more for my money from them than I would with anyone else.
