Wirelessly posted (8700g: BlackBerry8700/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

red__berry, you only installed desktop manager on your PC, right? You should also install the handheld software (i.e. The device software), either from a CD that came with the blackberry, or download from tmobile website.

I'm no expert but I read on here that sometimes you have to remove your battery after installing some applications or what not and then it shows up. Maybe try that, you got nothing to lose.

I have the same problem, red. What I do is just download things straight off the internet to my phone. It's the only solution I know of

Yeah maybe try downloading OTA again, nothing to lose LOL.

Sorry I can't be of more help here man I'm new to this and the only thing I could reallly suggest was taking battery out. Hopefully you'll figure this out and it'll work.

Good luck with it and let us know.

open the desktop manager connect the BB(blackberry) (blackberry the cd)
then you have to open with WinZip

and take both of the programs(there are going to be 2 folders) out into the desktop and look for them with the application loader

btw...whats the website where you downloaded the !!Ramble!!
