Ok I'm a newbie to this BB world but when you would think it would be easier then this... heres a few problems ive encountered.

Loader.... it doesnt work.. Ive installed right from thh CD and also tried downloading 4.3 from RIM which is the same as the CD.

i get an error message saying i dont have the device software or something like that.. so i can only install apps if i download them off the web (which is stupid cause im using my data) and the tech guys at bell have no clue

micro SD... so i put in the memory card.. np.. i can use the desktop manager and put files on the memory card.. np... but how the heck do i access the files on my BB? Someone said go to "search" and i did but nowhere does it say mass storage or whatever....

please help!!

You can't install any apps from the PC until you have the Bell Pearl OS available for download from here:

When it's available, you download and install it to your PC and that enables the DM to do app loading on the Pearl.

You'll save yourself time if you look through the BB FAQ and use the Search function in this forum...most anything you are going to ask has already been covered...
